Borderland Agriculture is a fifth-generation regenerative farm in Pierson, Manitoba, run by Brooks and Jen White — named Manitoba's Outstanding Young Farmers in 2018. The farm integrates a bison herd with cropland, grazing bison year-round without hormones or antibiotics, and sells bison meat direct and through Manitoba and Calgary restaurants and markets.
